How to participate

This event isn’t just for special guests and streamers - all Rust players have the opportunity to join in on the festivities! The main event server will be live all day and features a ton of activities like Olympics, mazes, races, parkour galore, escape rooms, Carnival and more. We also have two game mod servers (one in the US, one in the EU) which will feature different types of custom gameplay modes throughout the day.

You’ll be able to find these servers on the official list while the event is running, just load up your game and search for ‘Charitable Rust’.

#Team system

In the interest of encouraging more donations through friendly competition between content creators, we’ve developed the hashtag team system. This allows donors to use the hashtag of their choice when completing a donation. The totals of each team accrue to a leaderboard, giving bragging rights to the top teams and hopefully encouraging more giving!

Note: Any donations with no matching hashtag get counted towards the #youarerad team.

Win Platinum VIP for 1 year!

When participating on the main event server, prizes of scrap will be automatically awarded to you for accomplishing activities. This scrap will move from your inventory to an account linked to your player (run ‘/balance’ in chat to see how much scrap you have). The person who ends the day with the highest amount of scrap will win 1 year of Platinum VIP on all Rustafied servers!
